THEY NEED TO HURRY UP AND GET HIM LOCKED UP SO THEY CAN GET HIM EVALUATED AND GET HIM ON THE RIGHT MEDS , COUNSELING PERSONAL HYGIENE HOW TO ADVOCATE FOR HIMSELF BETTER. THEY'LL TEACH HIM ALL THAT CUZ HE IS HE IS SEVERELY SLOW IN THE HEAD FOLKS HE CAN TELL US HE'S INTELLIGENT ALL HE WANTS BUT LOOK AT HOW HE LIVES FOR GOD'S SAKE SOMEONE LOCK THIS FOOL UP SO HE CAN AT LEAST BE SAFE CUZ HE IS A DUMB £UCK |
