This includes any periods of incarceration, parole, community supervision, and probation.Article 6, Section 1  (3) of the Texas Constitution bars people with felony convictions from voting, but Subsection (b) allows the legislature to pass exceptions to this law. |

The whole world sees this and think they convicted a man that did no crime. He was not even running his company at the time this happened. He has to give it up to be president. |
