Worcester sauce and black pepper marinade with buttery mushroom dill and red onion stock from steak gravy while resting.

Filet Mignon is my favorite choice personally. I like them with Salsa, baked potato with sour cream and pepper and a tossed tomato cherry tomato salad. Father's Day meal for tomorrow.

My boys like their steak right under done but I don't like my Steak alive it has to be done and soft.

I like to cook my Steaks on a low flame with Cola and a tad bit of butter. I like a black pepper crusted Steak, or soak them in liquid Garlic and Herb sauce for 24 hours prior to cooking.

I take the steak out of the fridge so it's at room temperature, I but some extra virgen olive oil on both sides of the steak, sprinkle some salt as well as some pepper on both sides and then straight onto a very hot pan or BBQ hot plate for about 4 minutes each side so that it is well done. I enjoy it with a fresh garden salad and sometimes a nice BBQ sauce. Bon appetit.
