Oh right, I must've misread that. Anyhoo all the best.

They're pretty normal for older folks, 'specially smokers, or folks who've had serious lung infections(like COVID), or work with silica(bricklayers), or all 3. Only 5% of lung nodules are actually cancerous.

The fact it didn't double in size over the last 17 months is pretty much a green light.

It may well be chronic silicosis. Do you have fluid buildup, breathlessness, low blood oxygen, sharp chest pain, a cough?

Although a couple of those symptoms correspond with smoking. Maybe give em up, you'll feel a lot better for it believe me, plus all the moolah you'll be saving...but at the end of the day it's your life, your decision. Who wants to live forever?

I've been seeing doctors a bit. I ought to tell em I'm not just doing traffic control I'. also helping the construction workers with some of their work, in doing so getting a lung full of cement dust. *See I only told the doctors that I'm a traffic controller and never thought about the cement dust (silica) I'm breathing in. Maybe I have a touch of silicosis, most likely acute silicosis rather than chronic. I see a specialist in 2 weeks, I'll tell him then.

Pollen doesn't cause scarring of the lungs but hey I'm not a doctor, are you?

Either way all the best. And you too Eddie. Have a good one.
