All points of the circumference of a circle have to be the same distance to the center. It's a requirement. If not, it's not a circle.

Perhaps outside of physics and math and geometry, and just speaking colloquially, a circle wouldn't have to be perfectly equidistant. But then Eddie's claim would be rendered moot. I'll bite, tho. Give an example of a circle where all points are not equidistant from the center.
